Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation Recruitment 2015 – 126 Jr Clerk, Technical Asst & Other Posts: Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation (Gujarat) has announced notification for the recruitment of 126 Junior Clerk, Technical Assistant, Additional Assistant Engineer, Assistant Accountant, Head Clerk/ Inspector/ Community Organizer vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply online from 03-08-2015 at 12:00 AM to 24-08-2015 till 11:59 PM. Name of the Post:
1. Junior Clerk: 50 posts
2. Technical Assistant (Civil): 46 posts
3. Additional Assistant Engineer (Civil): 14 posts
4. Additional Assistant Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical): 05 posts
5. Head Clerk/ Inspector/ Community Organizer: 05 posts
6. Assistant Accountant: 02 posts
7. Technical Assistant (Mechanical): 02 posts
8. Technical Assistant (Electrical): 02 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 28 years for all posts as on 24-08-2015. 05 years of age relaxation is given for General category Women & Reserved category Male candidates. Refer the notification for complete details.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess H.Sc (12th) with Computer knowledge for S.No.1 post, Diploma in Civil Engineering for S.No.2 post, B.E in Civil Engineering with Computer knowledge for S.No.3 post, B.E in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering for S.No.4 post, Graduation with Computer knowledge for S.No.5 post, B.Com with Computer knowledge for S.No.6 post, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for S.No.7 post, Diploma in Electrical Engineering for S.No.8 post.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Merit, Written test/ Practical test.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 300/- + Postal Charges for S.No.1, 2, 6, 7 & 8 posts, Rs. 400/- for remaining posts, Fee can be pay through Indian Postal Order in favour of Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation. There is no fee for Reserved, Ex-serviceman & Disabled candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website ojas.guj.nic.in OR ojas1.guj.nic.in from 03-08-2015 at 12:00 AM to 24-08-2015 till 11:59 PM.

Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Before applying online, candidates must have scanned photograph & signature.
2. Log on to the website ojas.guj.nic.in OR ojas1.guj.nic.in
3. Click on “Apply Online” —> “Apply Now” beside the desired post.
4. Fill all the mandatory details in the application form and Submit.
5. An unique Application Number will be generated, retain it for further use.
6. Edit the application form by using application number, date of birth and click on confirm button.
7. Upload scanned photograph & signature, click on confirm button.
8. Take printout of application form and retain it for future reference.
